I'm oldfag 10 years into my career in a technical role and I've hit a ceiling, not just at my company, but even searching for jobs they just won't do it, only mash me even harder into the same ceiling. The only thing I really dream about is trading. I like the geopolitical aspects, I like the pure aspect of player vs player, that there's infinite possibilities, that you can be "right" and lose money or "wrong" and make money. So all advice welcome, but since there's endless details I'll spare, how can I seek clarity myself? The way I see it there are 3 main paths.
