It's been a few months since I couldn't sleep well, and for the past few days, I've only been able to sleep for a few hours at night. I usually go to bed around 10:00 PM and wake up around midnight or 1:00 AM, spending the rest of the night awake or half-asleep.Plz help
>>32599565how much do you use your phone?
>>32599576a lot during the day, less in the evening
>>32599623using in the evening won't save you...unsless that isn't the problem.what do YOU think is the problem then?
>>32599670Probably stress, or the fear of missing a good night of sleep
>>32599704don't be stressed about missing sleep. just lie awake and relax. that's the only solution.
>>32599565Blackout curtains, occilating floor fan, white noise machine, bed jet, egyptian cotton sheets, night ice preformance pillows, night mode (blue light filters) on all screens 2 hours before bed, orange tinted led bulbs in all lamps. If that doesn't work then you need to see a doctor.
>>32599565I know the feel anon. I've been having it too, and I just started a new job so going to a new workplace and trying to make a good impression on multiple nights of no sleep has been hell.Do what >>32600170 said. I've had mixed success with taking CBD oil before bed, and melatonin. Other sleeping pills will almost inevitably give you a hangover effect but if you are in dire straits it might be worth it to take them for a few nights and then slowly wean off them. Of the huge range I used, promethazine, lemorexant (DayVigo) and low-dose antipsychotics were the only ones that really helped. They all make me feel like shit the next day though, particularly the antipsychotics.
