I just started to work at a restaurant, and I really need the money so I can't quit/change a job now.I have this one co-worker in his late 40s who ignores me on purpose, which I wouldn't care if the work wouldn't require to exchange basic sentences. When I arrive, I say hello to everyone, and everybody greets me back but him, he's just staring at me to make sure I get that he is not greeting me on purpose. If I ask something, he ignores me, if I tell him something the manager told me to tell him, he ignores me and later on I am the one to blame. When he bumps into me he just hurries away without a sorry or anything, it's a really passive aggressive game from his part which I don't want to partake. He also creeps me out a bit, I feel like if I would tell the managers about it they either wouldn't believe me or if they would act properly (talk with him or fire him) he would take revenge somehow. I don't know what to do.
