Btw, median single family home (2000sq ft) costs 360k and is much larger than a 3 bd, 2 bd starter. So I actually overvalued starter home costs probably because I live in a MCOL city and 300k gets you a decent place in the suburbs here. A nice 4 bd, 3 ba house will run about 375-400k in my city in a decent suburb.
