How do you eal with hypercausis and hearing loss?

Basically it's been difficult to hear speech on videos and in loud environments, maybe my headphones are just bad? Also I've always had sensitive hearing so whenever I would just put on earbuds at the gym I would get a massive headache the next day.

What to do?

You can try listening to more podcasts and street conversations and eventually your brain will start filling the gaps, It's all about working with what you have,
