I don't mind repeating some words phrases in quick succession but sometimes I just mumble or stutter or immediately switch my words mid way of saying one
I was diagnosed with ADD as a kid if that helps and I think i'm probably like borderline a sperg

Slow down. Say one word at a time. Don't feel like you have to get everything out in one go.

For super tryhard:
Record yourself speaking and listen to it. See what could be improved.
For tryhard:
Try to prepare in advance for conversations if possible. Actively control your emotions to try to make yourself calm down if sperging, amusing yourself if trying to be funny, and getting angry if trying to be assertive or intimidating.
For easy improvement with minimal effort:
Speak LOUDER and s l o w er.

Besides a speech therapist?

Try to slow down and pronounce every sound in each word, loudly and clearly.
It will be weird at first, but if you are difficult to understand people around you will appreciate the change.

Think before speaking. Get clear to YOURSELF what you want to say before speaking.

(In extreme cases, it is perfectly all right to say "Give me a moment. I've got something to say here but I want to make sure I get it right"
