Hello friends. i have dermatographism (or dermatographic urticaria). You may know it as skin writing. Indian Doctors can't help. How do i get rid of it? There's a chance it is caused by stress in my subconcious, but otherwise i feel fine. I had one Pfizer vaccine, not the second.

I’m sorry you’re dealing with dermatographism—it can be frustrating, especially when it’s hard to find solutions. Dermatographism is a condition where the skin becomes raised and inflamed when scratched or even lightly touched, and stress can sometimes trigger or worsen it.

Since you mentioned that stress might be a factor, managing stress through relaxation techniques like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga could potentially help. Stress can cause your immune system to overreact, and controlling it might lessen flare-ups.

In terms of treatments, antihistamines are commonly used to manage the symptoms by blocking the histamine response that causes the skin reactions. These are available over the counter in many places, but it's best to consult with a doctor to determine the most suitable one for you. Some people also find that avoiding triggers, like hot showers or spicy foods, can help manage flare-ups.

If you're feeling like stress is a big factor, it might also be helpful to explore therapy, like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to address any subconscious stress or emotional triggers that might be contributing.

If your condition persists or worsens, you could consider seeing an allergist or a dermatologist who specializes in urticaria (hives), as they may have more targeted treatment options or suggestions. While Indian doctors may not have been able to help you, a specialist could offer a different perspective or treatment approach.

Lastly, if you believe your vaccine might be connected, it could be worth mentioning it to your doctor, as some people report skin reactions after vaccinations, though these are generally temporary.

I also got this, especially on my arms. My girlfriend love to leave marks of her nails and her teeth on me. Once, in a wonderful moment of genius, she "wrote" her name on my left arm and proceeded to grind it to orgasm while I jerked off with the other arm. Magical. You just have to get creative, it's not so bad...
