Aspie trying to get better here: when do people on the regular change their clothes? I change my t-shirt, socks and underwear daily but wear sweaters and pants for up to three days. Is this acceptable considering i do not sweat much? Also when is it time to wash your bedsheets?

You should wear new clothes every day.

thats perfectly fine, honestly unless youre sweating a t shirt can get 2 days if you need it to
bedsheets should be changed once a week

Trousers could last a week in a row or, if you switch between 2 or 3 pairs, for a week each

If no other human being is ever going to enter your bedroom, you might stretch sheets to 2 weeks. Otherwise, weekly. And it goes without saying that if, by wild chance, a female person is likely to share your bed, she gets clean sheets.

As long as you change your clothes after physical exercise then you should be fine

Of course i mean this in addition to the rules you have in your OP, not instead.

Everyone is different, do what works for you.
