I told her not to tell me the results of my CFA exam, and she agreed to it. Right when the results came out, she called me up and told me, completely ignoring my request not to be told. This is the second time she’s done this for the same exam, explicitly, after saying she would not do it.It may seem like a minor thing, but if somebody is this disrespectful, I don’t feel like they should be in my life. But I don’t want to go overboard on this.

Yes. If your parents don't respect the boundaries you ask them to abide by then they don't really love you. Remember, even familial love is conditional on both parties consent. If one party revokes said consent the other party must abide by it.
