i have access to one of these (mirtazapine)i can never usually sleep before an examshould i take 15mg of mirtazapine for a good nights sleep before my exam?

>>32603974It's a tossup, even though Mirtazapine isn't an SSRI it still takes a day or two for your brain to become acclimated. You could either get knocked out like a rock or be up all night in a zombie-like haze cursing God.
I take 30mg mirtazapine every night at 19:30, and I cannot resist urge to fall asleep at 22:00.Next time try: Valeriana, Chamolime Tea, Or pure Apigenin.For this time it should do however.
