How do I escape neetdom at this point? I’ve seen people worry about 3-5 year gaps on their resume. I feel like I’m basically a walking red flag. Would it help if I talked to a social worker? There’s also job training/job placement service attached to my state’s food stamp program. I was thinking make that would be the best way for me to land a job. I’m still worried I’ll be asked about the whole zero job experience thing and end up rejected through.

ya those are for actual competitive desirable jobs. small business and high turnover wagie stuff doesn't care. when you're over 30 they won't even ask, they'll automatically assume you're a better employee by default than teens and 20 somethings. be airtight reliable for a few years and you'll make it. the ways jobs are going now, long experience on your resume is a disadvantage, they want to see one page summarizing the last several years and that's it
>>
Warehouse jobs. I've meet Ex-NEETs through temp agencies at warehouse jobs all the time. They literally anyone. Even felons.

Yeah I just want something like a dishwasher gig. But the job interview process had me freaked out. If it’s really not as bad as I thought it was, I might give it a shot.

Just fake your whole resume. Say you went to a university in some eastern shithole like uzebekistan. Hire a pajeet on fiverr to generate fake transcripts and a diploma. Say you did administrative or social work for defunct foreign companies for the last 8 years. They will have no way of checking and will probably not even want to try because of the language barrier. Get really good at formatting resume to stick out of the crowd. Fake your linkedin profile too.

Yeah camps for ex cons and the homeless specialise in those cases
>>

Job interview is the easy part. Just spend the entire time asking them questions about the job. Takes the pressure off you and makes you seem competent and assertive.
>>
>>32605478
If I’m honest from the get go and tell the pajeet to fake my resume they won’t have any qualms about that morally right? Like if I’m offering to pay either way

If you want a decent job, then you're going to need a good referral.
Ask friends and family if they know anyone who's hiring and can put a good word in for you.
Otherwise you're going to have to do something like fast food/grocery store work.

Fake your own resume. Just research companies that don't exist anymore like in Ukraine or something. Say you worked there as a HR manager.

Buy a good resume format on etsy for like $10. You fill it in yourself. The part you hire out is forging the university diploma/transcripts.

if he hasnt had a job how is he going to convincingly lie about his experience. im good at it but its because i know what to lie about
>>
>>32605648
Don't listen to this faggot, OP. Most office jobs can be done with an 8th grade education, but somehow require a bachelors or masters degree. It's complete bullshit. Just get really good at faking your resume and diplomas. Use your friends as references. You don't have to be working at walmart when you are 30 years old. That is absolutely retarded.
>>
>>32605669
Just watch recorded job interviews on yotube. Hours and hours of content. Rewatch until it becomes muscle memory. It's not that hard. Holy shit.
>>
>>32605677
why live a fake life when he can stIll turn things around and not be an immoral spineless pajeet?
>>
>>32605677
someone who has never held a job is not good at picking up on social ques is my point and will be found out. he doesnt have pajeet nepotism to protect him
>>
>>32605669
Lying is probably going to be a big problem for me. A few people suggested lying on your resume, but I’m just not a good liar. I’m not good at thinking on my feet if they ever ask any question.
>>
>>32605723
are you opposed to the millitary in every form or positIon?
>>
>>32605723
i mean, you're 30 with no work history, did you expect to get a job no rejection at all?

i hate to tell you even people with spotless records will just absolutely sputter and crash in interviews from time to time. some people will hate you on sight for things that aren't relevant at all. if you're not someone's kid there's no zero rejection secret
>>
>>32605337
Whats up with all these neets trying to get back into the workforce? You literally won in life, just enjoy...?
>>
>>32605764
actually kill yourself

I live with my parents. Dad is forced to retire soon due to health issues and his and my mom’s social security isn’t much. We can’t afford to continue paying mortgage on our current house and might end up moving to an apartment. Except if my dad’s health issue gets worse, we might not even end up able to pay rent on an apartment. Me and my mom’s social security want to rent out the basement of our house and maybe two other extra rooms to help pay off mortgage, but my dad is against it because my uncle keeps telling him it’s a bad idea and that he should just sell the house.
>>
>>32605702
Because it makes it a thousand times easier?
>>
>>32605804
Renting out is not the worst idea.
Is your health in order? Could you start an apprenticeship? First years start above minimum wage most the time.

literally just join the army do 4 years and use your credential to get a job. you want to grow or do you want to waste another 4 years?
>>
>>32605723
Lying is the only skill that can instantly make up for over a decade of missed opportunity and stunted growth. It's the only shortcut that can actually make up for your wasted time. If you want to do things the hard way, you will be in the same position as an 18 year old, only worse, because you will have all the expectations of a 30 year old placed on you at an entry level job.

Most white collar jobs are bullshit. Just watch the movie Office Space. It doesn't even take much lying to pass yourself off as one of these corporate drones making 70k-100k+ a year.

Either you learn how to lie, or you go through a decade of misery and shit doing things the "honest" way. Choice is yours.
