How do I make friends 2.5 years into college without seeming too desperate? I'm not even very asocial or anything, I've introduced myself to a ton of people but I never see them again, it's so hard to maintain friendships.

It’s tough when connections don’t stick. Try reaching out more casually—invite people to study, grab coffee, or attend events together. Consistency is key, but avoid overthinking it. Keep showing interest, and let friendships develop naturally without forcing them. Quality over quantity matters.

Start a group. Hiking or running or something. Hand out flyers to cute girls on campus and maybe a few guys who seem cool. Start going running together and maybe plan to all get food afterward. This will take effort, so if you are lazy then enjoy never actually getting what you want out of life.
