how to induce eating disorder? I can't stick to my diet and I overeat after some days and feel like a fat failure after. what are some unconventional tips to stick to diet??
>>
Willpower, mostly. I've starved myself out of being overweight before with low-calorie meals and lots of bike-riding. Dropped like 40lbs solely because I was angry.
>>
cultivate a sense of superiority to lowly human beings that do disgusting animalistic things like eating and tie it to feeling hungry to get dopamine from starvation

It just comes down to motivation and willpower.

frankly starving yourself isn't a sustainable diet and leads to binges, which gets you right back to where you started. unless you are some turbo autist who can actually stick to an incredibly low calorie diet, your best bet is making small changes to your diet, increasing them as you go. if you've had really unhealthy habits in the past, you can't just drop them immediately. unless you are a turbo autist

why do you overeat?

because I'm hungry lol. I can't go slow on a diet because It seems like I don't do any progress and and just continue eating like before. I kinda need to feel the hunger to feel any sort of progress. but nonetheless I relapse and overeat

I stopped smoking on January 1 and still didn't relapse. why is it so hard with food

That's awesome, great job anon. Some people can't even go a day without smoking so you've really excelled there.
Food is obviously more difficult for you. I don't know what you've tried but my guess is that you're trying to make too many changes in one go. Rather than completely cutting out all kinds of food, maybe you should just limit the amount of some things you have and gradually lower it throughout the coming months, for example.

you mean for example to cut off only sweets and soda and stuff for two weeks, then cut off breakfast, etc ? and cutting off smoking was easy because I stopped hanging out with smoker friends that much and reduced being drunk, because I usually smoke 2 packs in an evening when drunk

Reduce first, not cut off. Going straight to zero is tough because if you eat even one thing you tried to cut then it's considered a failure. That's being way too tough on yourself when you're just starting.

Try the keto diet. It does a really good job of preventing you from getting hungry.

Not sure about "unconventional", but OMAD has been working for me since last summer and I do it ~5 days per week.

kinda hard because I still live at my parents

I only have a ca. 2h long time window where I am allowed to eat. So when I have had my dinner and some dessert, I am already really full. That usually is somewhere between 1k and 1500kcal.
