I can't enjoy video games or anything anymore. Tried diet (got to 15% bf with visible abs), tried exercise (lifting for 2 years), tried becoming a socialiser (no one likes balding manlets). None of them fixed my brain to be able to enjoy games anymore.

Will antidepressants work? What is your experience with e.g. Prozac and video games?

And yes, I know they have terrible side effects but I don't care, I'm on the verge of suicide because of my mental health issues. I already have ED so that's not a concern either.

Play the games anyway and enjoy them deliberately. Might be the kick in the ass your brain needs to make it go "oh right, I'm meant to enjoy this"

If you work in tandem with a therapist then yes SSRIs can work. I can name a few bald manlets I like by the way
