I do think from personal experience when I feel out of control, I start to have very bad suicidal ideation.Your will to post here indicates that you have a will to at least try, so I'd have to advise setting a very small goal for yourself and achieving it, so you can be in control. For example, you can control going to sleep right, or eating a meal, or completing something small that's been nagging you. I hope this isn't an overwhelming response for you, but at least that you can pause for a while and think about it, if not reply back.
