>>34215788it can be hard to know if the problem is the action, the neck bow, or the nut. in your case since it's the higher frets you should start by adjusting the action, if the string height is too high near the middle frets then adjust the neck bow, if the height is off at the low frets you should probably get a high quality tusq nut and use sandpaper to sand it down to the perfect height. i do this on all my guitars bcuz i cant stand high action near the nut especially.
