I've been someone who has stayed up late, woke up later in the day for so many years.
It's been impossible for me to do a normal schedule (like wake up 7am, sleep 10pm, etc)
But at this point it's crippling me. All my energy has sapped out. The eternal late nights have caught up to me.
So how do I properly fix my sleep once and for all and wake up in the mornings? Or at least fix my energy levels and stop being so fatigued.

I don't really have actionable advice here, but for like a decade I went to bed at like 3-6AM and woke up at like noon to 3pm constantly

The past few months i've consistently gone to bed at midnight to 3am and woken up at 8am to 10am

Not really sure what I did to make it work, at some point I just started to go to bed earlier and resisted the temptation to stay up late, and then started waking up earlier.

It's doable, you just need to get into the habit.

It just takes forever for me to sleep. I can't just shut my eyes and zzz.
