I unirocnially have panic attacks and am in too much pain because of not finding a solution for the probability of being tortured forever alone by everyone and by evil torturers by putting me in the biggest pain possible and re-healing my body to keep being tortured and curing the aging process and sending me to a big prison in space which is protected with 999999999999999999999999999 layers of security while every creature is laughing at me and I just feel hopeless there and then they will figure out a way to use all the entire solar system to torture me and then the galaxy and before the heat death of the universe they will find a way to creat unlimited energy somehow or create a new universe to get more matter or energy to get tortured forever and AI/aliens/simulation cereator if existed it will help them and I think this will start from one second from now!!!

you've gotta learn to appreciate the small tortures in life, like having a bad hangnail or having to stay late at work
That's not the worst part. They will find a way to use all of the planets as torture devices and they will make you see people who are supposedly good as evil. Then when you are about ready to die, they will tell you that they never wanted to torture you. You will be left alone in space for eternity... and if you were really lucky, you might even find some sort of paradise before dying.
Do you have any thoughts on why you are like that? Have you tried to find the underlying cause for these fears and worries?
