With so many predators around how do these animals even manage to get some shuteye?

Travelling in herds, not sleeping for long periods of time. Really anon, you could ask the same thing about people who go camping and sleep outdoors.

The biomass of prey animals to predators in a given ecosystem rarely goes over 88:1 and they tend to be territorial with each other too often with interclade predation occuring when it's easy. So really they don't have to worry about every predator just the 1 or 2 in their current area and there's usually at least one restless one keeping watch out. These things can wake up and run in second all they need to hear is hooves and they know it's time to move.
