Fetch.AI is doing some stupid merge thing to ASI. What are the tax liabilities of merging? I've been holding Fetch for over a year so it's longterm gains. If I merge into ASI won't that be considered a swap i'll have to report and then i'll have to wait another year after receiving ASI to sell that for longterm? What a clusterfuck,
