>went for a walk after work yesterday
>ate fast food and large chocolate milkshake but stayed within daily calorie limit
>went to gym
>slept
>woke up today
>turned on laptop at 9 am
>shaved
>had lots of pointless meetings this morning but sat through them with camera off and feet up
>plan to go for my regular 1 hour lunch time walk

My job is pointless but that's ok. I think everyone else in my team is checked out as well.

I'm a WFH manager and I'm working harder than ever right now. Thankfully I've finally hired up people so hopefully I can just let my wagies dance soon

I trade memecoins from home, does this count?

I WFH as a software developer and it's hard. I only make $111k a year

>wfh doing absolutely NOTHING (IT, back office bullshit)
>spend 2 years basically fucking around every day
>make <$100k
>need to make more
With basically all day to up-skill and job hunt, how can I get a higher paying job? I'm about halfway through a CS degree but the market is dogshit.
I've even tried to find a 2nd bullshit remote job with no luck. At this point I would go hybrid if it meant a substantial raise. All this free time is not worth it if I can't make meaningful investments

Employers and employees are both playing hardball right now. Neither side wants to budge so employers are not giving raises and employees are just slacking off even harder. Eventually one side will cave but for now it seems like the market for IT/Software is dogshit and will be flooded with pajeet recruiters.

It truly is so amazing being able to run errands and then whenever you have a call, go back to your car and do your zoom meeting with a blurred out background. I truly would lose my mind if I had to go back in the office I get to be outside basically all day and my job is an afterthought

My wfh job actually works me like a nigger a lot of the time. Tech support chats where you have to talk to multiple people at once. Being overworked and surrounded by incompetence is really getting old. Wfh made it tolerable at first because I can do whatever the fuck I want when I got the time and can just unplug my ethernet cable when shit piles up too much. They actually can't distinguish it from a legitimate internet issue, lmao. One of the best parts of wfh is actually that no one can know when you're lying.
