both incredible choices but I'll add whey isolate, vitamin D3+K2, standardized ashwagandha extract KSM-66, maca root extract and both wheat germ and wheat bran. other notable mentions are high DHA and EPA algae oil for omega 3, powdered beetroot juice or extract and both crushed linseeds and hempseeds. don't waste your money on multivitamins and eat a high-fiber diet with zero sugars. eat meat, eggs a few times a week and daily low-fat whole milk yogurt
