ETF buyers have no idea what the hell they're buying. They just hope it will pump like BTC.
With ETH you can't give a simple answer to anything. Take the supply:

Bitcoin: up to 21m, XX minted so far, emission schedule is such and such
Ethereum: well it's technically unlimited, but since The Merge we've been deflationary, though in the past few months we've been inflationary again because we're offloading transactions to L2s, but worry not because the emission is capped

Nobody will sift through this stuff and manage to evaluate what the ETH token is worth.
