which industry does well in a recession?
does it even matter or will they all drop?
>>
How do I prepare, bros? Stay in cash to buy cheapies?
>>
>>58781873
it goes back farther actually. the high rates in the 80s caused a recession as well.

but surely this time it'll be different right?

>>58781885
yes

everything goes down. some stuff hold up better than others. tech will probably perform the worst
>>
>>58781830
Again? We have one every six months or so at this point why even care anymore? The market will just get used to this
>>
>>58781830
after the 2019 repo crisis all numbers are make belief
if they didnt lie on every bls report and deficit spend like it was ww2 we would have been in a recession since H2 2022, yet here we are

>bobos turn into pink supernovae

this. literally puts on tech one year out as fed cut rates. guaranteed profits
>>
>>58781830
I mean don't they cut rates because of something breaking in the economy though? As I understand it, cutting rates doesn't cause a recession in any way they just coincide because recessions make them cut rates. A theoretical soft landing, like the fed keeps talking about, would be rate cuts without a recession and if inflation keeps going down we could totally achieve that.

Buy BTC and HODL. You can also make easy 10x on QAN and CTI before end of the year but that's just my two cents
>>
>>58781830
Will we have 1 last blow off top btc 100l before recession. This is all I ask. I don’t want to have to wait 5 years for recession to be over for another chance at making it. I am old. I am 30 years old now…
>>
>>58781885
and what was the debt/gdp ratio then? Sorry, this time it is different. Super bubble is the only option.

Be in bonds, sell them around January when the government turns on the printers, buy the bottom. >>58784399

We unironically need a major technological breakthrough similar to the personal computer in order to achieve the level of economic growth we have enjoyed for the last 30-40 years. Could be AI.
>>
>>58781884
You can invest in crypto and buy the dip. This seems like a good time to buy, imo. I’d pick up more HBAR, DUA, and SUI if I had the extra funds today, and then sell when targets are reached.

i have vanguard 20 year bond (similar to tlt for burgers) and its fucking stock on the same range for months
