If you can save the shareholders who are being fleeced by a corrupt cabal of short sellers then you can literally slurp up billions of NOLS as well as shower windfall of tendies on your customer base. I can tell you with absolute certainty that after MOASS I will probably follow/support RC for the rest of my life. I think he knows this. I also think that his insiders are all well aware of systemic naked short sellers and they see the imperative strategic advantage of your company ALREADY being systemic naked short and ALREADY owned by shareholders. This protects his company but not allowing short sellers to walk in and squat on the equity. If it is ALREADY shorted then they can't just short it more. They are going to have to close and get wiped out. If RC tries to simply build a new company the shorts will simply open up shop and attempt to sabotage him just like they did before. In this sense, allowing the company to go to CH11 and get cleaned up only to be saved at the 11th hour will prove an invaluable strategic move. This will keep the shorts on the back-foot and with no other option than to close/get squeezed. As they justly deserve.
