we're all gonna make it brahs
>>59171917How are you people still alive
So there are a couple things still going on as I understand it. The ongoing ch 11 bankruptcy itself, clawbacks, debt waterfall, extended to march 25 (but that may not matter a la hertz) etc. The fraud case against the former board by plan man Mike G (does fraud render the whole plan/bankruptcy moot at that point? Will some larger institution be incentivized to settle quietly?). Behind the scenes administrative/political stuff which may have been preventing m/a (will dk butterfly/bbby return to trade or be made into new equity of some type? What will come of the presently trading bonds?) these are all just general notes/questions and not to be taken as any type of financial advice or predictions for the future. Just looking to vibe w some bathchads about how shareholders can get redeemed.
>>59172253indeed.March 25th 2025 is the next date to see if we get delayed further/nothing/re-emerge.
>>59172253It's over.
Chad and his friends are shills
So like, now that Trump won and it is being confidently discussed in a hushed triumph, the long anticipated M&As which may counter-attack naked short sellers will commence sometime in 2025.
>>59173514>sometime in 2025How’s that September payout treating you?
>>59172710I think that werewolf person might be onto something with the q1/q2 analysis. Election obviously went the way RC wanted it to. Probably gotta wait until new administration is in before anything happens. I could see some type of requel around sneeze anniversary/inauguration time. This would potentially set the stage/prime the populace for some big butterfly moves by the time that March deadline comes around (though demonstrably the claims date may not matter, for instance hertz is still getting claims but their shareholders already got paid). It’d be great if something happens this year but on the above speculative timeline it seems like it’s most likely thxgiving 25 which Teddy is making great again on the back end of a gme run + butterfly reemergence into a new entity ready for the holidays. Who knows.
Everyone getting rich on the stock market and crypto, while BBBYQ baggies continue to cope and seethe with zero dollars. SAD!
>>59175495>BBBYQ baggiesThose don’t exist anymore and I don’t see any of them coping or seething. Besides most of them hold gme so they’re likely going to make it regardless. Wagmi fren.
basically it's like this, it's over
>>59174950While its obvious in hindsight, its pretty funny that none of us caught onto the fact that a retail friendly administration is crucial to MOASS. [REDACTED] has every motive to let their be a MOASS and the taxes generated by this event would restore the purchasing power of the dollar by the redistribution of wealth from the 1% back to the 99%
>>59175855There can't be a MOASS of BBBYQ because the stock was canceled. There are no longer any short positions of this stock because it no longer exists.
I'm starting to think there was a reason CH11 is still lingering. It is now clear to me that the current administration was preventing M&A and most likely the sale BBBY to RC. I suspect that KG's odd buying spree was cover for bribe money to be paid to the Mossad for incriminating evidence of Joe Biden engaged in lecherous activity with minors and with this he was able to extort his administration to prevent the M&A. KG being compromised and all of Wallstreet wanting to see the naked short selling scandal disappear, he will be thrown under the bus as an economic stimulus to the masses as well as a windfall of tax revenue to kick-start his administration. We will all see start early next year.
>>59175894Wrong. Any windfall owed to shareholders will be calculated using the true number of shares and disbursements will be made on that number. Any shortage caused due to naked shorting must be covered by the brokers. So until the entire estate is liquidated and there are no legal claims (such as fraud) then the shorts can never effectively be cancelled. As soon as a single penny is to be disbursed the shorts are instantly revealed.
>>59175945>Any windfall owed to shareholders will be calculated using the true number of shares and disbursements will be made on that numberThat number is zero.
>>59175955Pretty sure we have already seen the smoking gun proving the fraud allegations. Sounds like the current administration was hamstringing the fallout on this CH11 until after the election and from what I can tell there are a lot of people very very happy about Trump winning. JD Vance knows about MMTLP and Trump has openly discussed Ken Griffin. Yea, I'm thinking we won. It's only a matter of time once the new administration takes over (if not sooner!)
WAGMI
>>59175985>MMTLPThose clowns are also never getting anything.
>>59177432I'm not so sure. These short hedge funds are looking a lot like little piggy banks we can crack open. There will be all kinds of things squeeze (including the DTCC & the Fed LOL).
Bathnigger cope thread
seems the narrative control shills are working overtime.

I heard that the fraud was already proven that JPM was working to sabotage the company (and its shareholders) to assist their systemic-naked-short position. Is this true?
>>59178992Seems so.
