Is it weird if I add my house value in my delta portfolio tracker? Like add custom coin and then 1 house for whatever price? Or car?Or doesnt it count as networth?
Yes because you don't own it. The land can and will be taken from you

Networth = Assets - LiabilitiesPlease Google these things before making a new thread.
i have a whole section of my portfolio where i track the value of my gun collection
>>59233788You're not going to like this answer but it depends. Do you also want to subtract the remaining balance and expected interest on your mortgage if you have one?I personally consider the part of my house I do own as part of my net worth since I could have that if I really wanted to, and I don't expect the value to go down any time soon. But I also don't consider my liabilities in my net worth because it's not like I track my credit card bill before the end of the month and I treat my mortgage payment as a bill like anything else - doesn't matter because I'm the only one who gives a fuck about my NW at this point. You might even just not want to add it to Delta so you don't have to mentally subtract the house value every time you glance at it and consider your other assets
>>59235765this. crypto is the one asset that you own. of everything.
