Hi /biz/

With Trump coming back into office, do you think the price of deli meats will go down significantly? Is it worth stocking up on deli meats during the price fall and freezing them for a long time?

I'm planning on opening up a high end sandwich restaurant, but want to take full advantage of the incoming deflation to stock my wares.

Be careful with store bought deli meats. Boars Head (semi-primo for a wagie like myself) had a huge listeria outbreak. You're better off going to a sandwich shop, probably safer even if brownoid is making your food.

Why even bother since it's impossible to find olive loaf anymore?
