So I have what I believe to be an amazing service that can help my millennial and genZ peers in the healthcare sector. I have the website built, apps on the app store, Payment hooks all ready to go. I am still pre-revenue as of right now in my start-up journey. However, my expertise ends is limited from here. If I want to grow the company to its full potential, I need to get funding and build out my team. This is where I feel lost. How to I go about accessing needed funding and capital to put a solid team around me? And where do I begin to look for talent to surround myself with competent executive leaders in the other branches of business as it continues to grow? COO, CFO, CTO, CMO, etc?
