It's pushed out code and is a newly coded unique chain. No one can argue that cause its dual layer and a unique wallet this couldn't have cloned anything. The dual ledger is to make BTC usable and scalable. It's essentially also unique as it's 'feeless' in that you stake some ZNN and it builds up tokens that make a txt POS rather than POW.
