Wagie tries to escape the cagie and finds out
>>
This guy is so retarded and autistic. He would easily be a millionaire by this point with the knowledge and autism he has, just by wageslaving. I hate this subset of codecel subhumans who think they're the next Elon Musk. Early days of tech are over, just be a high end wageslave for a bit and put your money in crypto.
>>
His video is shit and poorly presented. He spends a lot of time whining about what are honestly non-issues (muh dental work) because the biggest problem is that he DOESN'T HAVE A FUCKING JOB. Dave Ramsey would eat this guy for breakfast.

A breakdown of his finances where he spends a good portion of the video telling people NOT to donate and give him money is just stupid (or either really smart and it's reverse psychology but I don't think it is).

anyway fuck this shit buy an ad

>come to 4chan
>"bros I'm in IT but only make -not good- what do?'
>"start a business r-tard"
>*starts a business*
>turns out that business is fake and you can't compete without connections and fail
>4chan geniuses "heh, you should have just been a wagie"
It would be more honorable if you critical do-nothings would just hold your peace, instead of giving shit advice and then criticizing your own advice
>oh so you think 4chan is one person
No, but I know you're the kind of retard who would have been spamming 'learn to code/hvac' in 2016 and now that those markets are fucked you're the type to tell people they were dumb for upskilling in industries flooded by immigrants and AI.
>>
>>59568849
Crypto is over. You already missed the boat with BTC and jeetcoins are worthless memes.
>>
>>59568201
Its funny how retardely autistic he is.
> huh whaat, you don't earn 300k as an independent contractor with 0 work experience on your resume for some frontend dev work????
yeah no shit, you are competing with literal pajeets. You need marketable expert skills, i.e. having worked a reputable job before being a successful contractor. It took him 10 years to figure that out, lol
>>
>>59569430
>>turns out that business is fake and you can't compete without connections and fail
This.
There are no businesses left to start.
You straight away become small fish in a pond with big players who put the boot down on you.
Unless you already have millions to sink into it in an attempt to overcome this it will fail hard.
A local corner shop or barbers isn't "starting a business" either, that's just self-waging.

If you buy bitcoin at 40k during the bear and ride it to 250k in the next run, then repeat, or just keep buying during each bear for 20 years as it churns upwards to a million then you'll have a bunch of money. But the "buy at 450 bucks in 2016 and it runs to 19k in 2017" epic memeruns are over.

It is, as buffett says, a matter of patience now.

Incidentally if you bought TQQQ only on december 31st each year except 2022 (which had been dumping for a month anyway at that point) in the last 4 years you'd have tripled your money.

'Marketable skills' just means >>59569445

You can't spend 10 years making nothing, you will starve, so you can't build up a skillset so you can't compete with older guys or guys who had a 'connection' to get them in like indian nepotism, so you fail.

It's not an issue of actual skill but an issue of connections.
>>
>>59569474
Sure, that's why I said "marketable" skill. You have google on your resume and people assume you have good skills (which is probably on average true for a software engineer), and definitely also you will have connections.
You have "did frontend contracting work for Ramesh Durghesh's corner shop" and people think you are a retard.

That this took the autist 10 years to figure out despite graduating from a top tier university is the funny part.
>>
>>59569557
>no see
The system is broken and no amount of cope will change that reality. There is no skill involved, just connections.

he's a real life wojak. his main fuck up was not to get a normal job after college like his peers.
>>59569430
>"start a business r-tard"
most businesses fail. the best way to build wealth is to be a wagie, save and invest.
>>
>>59569430
small businesses, especially tech startup, have been hammered into near non-existence in the last 5 years. if you couldnt read the room that's on you. dont blame the 3 sentence texts you read on 4chan.

Truly amazing how someone so competent can fuck up so badly. It's actually terrifying since we all tread such a fine line.
And it's true, there's no longer
>start this business or app out of my garage
Modern businesses are just a way to scam borrowed money. As long as you tried hard enough before you failed then it's not a scam.
The more I meditate on it the more I'm convinced that trading is the only way nowadays to make it. As we're always trading, sometimes that's trading our time for money and health insurance.
Here's to hoping I can trade/retire off my paltry half milli account.

idk why everyone here is acting like all tech startups are dead or impossible to get into.
plenty of AI startups are doing great, like yeah you can't just build point of sale software in current year and expect to compete with the big boys or shit like that, have to be forward thinking and tread new ground to have any chance, but that's where the money is.
>>
>>59570492
90% of all startups fail
>>
>>59570492
>AI startups
The point is that it's all a bunch of bullshit. There's becoming less and less of a path for just a normal honest days work, it all has to be hype and fake crap.
My plumber can work for himself and feed himself off that apparently, but it's impossible for a coooder.
Hey it is what it is, I'm not complaining. Better to play the rigged game than get left behind.
>>
>>59570517
yeah and most people are retarded, so what?
>>59570555
you could say the same thing 10-20 years ago,
>all these retarded mobile games that rape normies for money isn't a normal honest days work
>writing scheduling software isnt solving a new problem it's just repackaged hype and fake
>an api for payments isnt new or innovative they just had good connections
even looking further back you could have just as well been complaining about publishers/distributors gatekeeping startups or raping them with fees.
the point is this environment isnt new, there's always problems, there's always hype and fake crap, but there's still real honest innovation to be made, AI really did open a ton of new opportunities to tread new ground in real way, and yeah there's a lot of trash but the trash doesn't stick around, the real shit has a chance to.
>My plumber can work for himself and feed himself off that apparently, but it's impossible for a coooder.
it's an entirely different market, but you're right, coders have a more difficult time surviving off their own businesses than plumbers, but there's more upside if the coder is successful. if a plumber does well he at best can hire more plumbers in his local area and make a few extra dollars, if a coder does well he makes millions without having to do anything else, maybe hundreds of millions if he scales well

yes, nobody has ever exhibited male pattern baldness at 37. he faked his entire youtube channel masquerading as a 37 year old with male pattern baldness as an elaborate ruse
