I still think the top is not in. No indicators say it is. We are not done yet, but we're in the final quarter.
$150-$180k is the top IMO.
Going to be selling over the next couple months.
Trump hasn't even been inaugurated yet. He hasn't even let us down with the SBR. He could actually push it through, too, but I doubt it.
