That's wrong and an idiotic stance. Many of the greatest military commanders in history had huge successes due entirely to trusting their feelings, "sensing" what move to make at what time, when to strike, when not to strike. Same goes of course for any ordinary soldier as well; if a soldier has an opportunity to rush towards a position to secure it but there's a very real chance he might get shot doing it but he FEELS like in the moment that "now I can do it!" because he senses he won't get shot in that specific moment, then he runs over and doesn't get shot and brought a success to his side. Just as an example. That happens a lot, all the time, in war. If he hadn't trusted his feeling in that moment then he wouldn't have been able to advance and taken that position. Of course he still might've been killed when running as trusting his feeling doesn't make him invulnerable, but doing so MADE HIM MOVE; had he distrusted his feeling then he wouldn't have moved and his side wouldn't have had that success. A soldier can't even jump over a ditch unless he trusts his feeling that he can do it. And this guy for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCvDqFhMQvI wouldn't have had that amazing success if he hadn't trusted his feeling that he could do it.
