>>59598726Well it’s my team (technology) and a couple of others, got called to a meeting with some corporate roastie who said our bonuses were cancelled because muh economy and muh company profit margins not meeting expectations… which is weird because the company is still expanding and being awarded new projects (it’s a manufacturing company)Last week we had the company wide townhall and I had to listen to some pajeet drone on about how we need to “get motivated and totally crush our OKRs for next year!!!”Not the end of the world or anything just annoyed and felt like blogging, my coworkers did genuinely work our asses of this past year
