Each year withdraw the maximum amount (48k this year) to pay 0% long term capital gains tax. Reserve 50k or so in an HYSA in case of emergencies. Quit my job and buy a nice house 30 mins from a city in the PNW. Get some land for hunting as well. Big workshop for all my hobbies (blacksmithing, woodworking, silversmithing, machining, motorcycles), travel 3-4 months a year. Maybe do seasonal work or sell some of my products if I need to fund my hobbies.
