I'm so excited for you guys

>>59602959Word of advice. Don’t ever create a BAT general. It killed us last cycle and it’s a guaranteed death sentence for any coin in the cesspool
there is no best alternative to BAT for the advertising industry in crypto first of all - there actually isn't any alternative project that has generated a fraction of the capital for BAT in which the user, nevermind just a content creator but the end user themself, alongside Brave get payed - incentivised - for an advert. Brave ads are far more easily accesible, cheaper and easier to initially advertise with for small businesses towards niche target audiences. If you get into psychology, more effective is certain since users are rewarded with tokens anyway for having ads on, and im not just hyping brave ads up i mean ive honestly actually used or been introduced to certain DEX's, CEX's, and other platforms or services that I would've never found amongst the massive shitpile of google ads in which haven't peaked my interest. Im not saying Brave ads arent a shitpile either but im saying that to compare them to each other in terms of like a ratio, brave fares much better at least for the target market of the brave browser. secondly there's so much potential for this token if it weren't for government regulation - which seriously effects many usecases of BAT.also the main creator is Brendan Eich, the same creator of Javascript, Mozilla, you get the picture. its clear that he's beyond capable of innovation. lastly, i just want to point out to you, that a lot of people really thought that BAT was dead in very early january 2021 - 4 years ago also a post halving year, only for BAT to reach a significantly new ath.
>>59603166I don't see why NOT creating BAT generals will do us any good, either. At least this way people continue talking about BAT, even if it's just to bitch about it
>>59602959>>59603166Sell your BAT. Buy Bitcoin. Wait 4-8 years. You've made it.>>59603545Traditional, corporate advertising is dead, especially on the internet. Look at thotposter he can generate way more hype and interest from winging it on a basketweaving forum than Brave could if they had a multi-million dollar marketing budget. Online advertising is memes and influencers now, not popups and banner ads.
BAT Roadmap 3.0: The On-Chain Erahttps://brave.com/blog/bat-roadmap-3-0/
oh shit I had some of this before binance got b&I should check on that
>>59602959I sold all this shit for LINK a month ago.
>>59603764i agree 100% with what youre saying
>>59604074So you agree that thotposter is really a man?
>>59603545maybe we can hit two whole (yes two!) dollars this time
>>59604290lmao
>>59603545>secondly there's so much potential for this token if it weren't for government regulationI totally agree with this. It'll be interesting to see what Brave does in the next few years as the government de-regulates crypto in the US. If Brave can't take advantage of the coming (de)regulatory environment, I think that'd be a pretty good sign to sell BAT and move on
>>59604290>thotposter is really a manalways has been
>>59604375so what timescale we looking at then?4 years?
>>59602959Not gonna lie, former BAT whale here. This is fucking hilarious watching Eich crash and burn. But in all seriousness we can't let this homophobe cut into Google AdSense.
>>59604382Probably 3 and a half. If I hadn't sold by then, I would gauge what the election cycle is looking like and what the running candidates were saying about crypto, and which candidate seemed likely to win. Probably good chance I'd sell rather than roll the dice on getting a shitty SEC/regulatory environment again.
>>59604394fuuuuuark good to have you in the thread TP. Incoming coomers. Post big butts (for me) and hot asians (for the autists)
>>59604565yup, that's the stuff. Thank you fren
>>59604375From what I’ve been hearing, the Trump crypto team is mulling over the possibility of us citizens being tax exempt on gains made from us based crypto companies. This could be our year if brave stops being basedjacked cucks and grows a pair
>>59604589*söyjacked
>>59604394lord have mercy
>>59604589yes, tax exempt gains (not sure if BAT qualifies though since it's technically an ERC20 token?) and loosened (or hopefully nonexistent) regulations on crypto should help BAT out a lot. I don't know how connected Brendan is, or if he "plays the game" like some of these other silicon valley guys, but I'm sure he at least keeps in touch with Marc Andreessen who seems likely to be a player in the admin. And I'd assume he's on good relations with David Sacks, who will be running the crypto wing.
>>59604687Heh. It would help if Brave did BAT buybacks. The transparency page is dead for BAT buys.
>>59604854>It would help if Brave did BAT buybacksLiterally any sort of additional positive attention or utility from Brave to BAT's price would be ideal in the next 3 years. Buybacks, more incentives to lock up BAT, BAT staking, BAT burns, influencers shilling BAT - I don't really care at this point how scammy or ugly it looks, whatever it takes to pump BAT and get people talking. This also brings more users to Brave. BAT pumps = more people want to earn BAT on Brave. Because to be honest, if I'm Brave, I now have the friendliest regulatory environment I'm possibly ever going to have, and even have some friends of the company in the actual administration. They should be seeing this as a now or never moment.
someone give me a honest rundown of whats going on with Brave and Bat. I use the browser everyday, but not a single indication of how I can use the token.
>>59604394Wasn't meant as a compliment. That's just how low the bar is.
>>59604948Agreed. If they don’t do anything in the next four years it is hopeless. And on-chain shit doesn’t count as doing something for this beleaguered token.
>>59602959NIGGER NIGGER WHITE POWERFUCK ALL SHIT SKINS WORLD WIDE
>>59605071You found the right thread. Welcome
>>59605079Conbratulationed, my fenlow black pal!
>>59604565>>59604394THEN PROPLEM, PAL.THEN GAINED OUT IS IS BATIS AS SHITAS THIS BLACK MUTT WHOREWOMAN
>>59605087
Brave is making so much money. This is honestly killing me that they haven’t done more to boost BAT.
>>59604948This. All of it. BAT is mostly just a memecoin anyway and unironically probably has more lore than any other “utility” token on the market. The memes have been severely lacking lately since memeatlas roped and that gooknigger they’re using now has a language barrier
>>59605505>memeatlas ropedLegitimately worried to hear that. I haven't used memeatlas in a while but looks like the site is still up and running. Hopefully he's doing alright. Recently I found "rarepepes.net" which seems to be a better version of memeatlas, but Memeatlas was /our guy/
How much BAT should I buy to make it?
>>59607240more than you have
>>59607240Make it is 100k. But be warned - I have 200k and I'm still in immense pain (exacerbated by having 7000 LINK)
>>59603103I am really so thrilled
Don't cha think they should revamp the roadmap since Trump is taking office soon...
>>59609521Never understood the obsession with the roadmap. It's useless. Execution is the only thing that matters
>>59604394These mainstream whores are nice and all but lets get some fresh faced 18 year olds. Nice petite college aged bitches
>>59604394We won't be allowed to pump properly until we expel this thot-posting deviant.
>>59610272Execution is shit too. But I like hearing good news. And by good news I mean news that moves the price. Tokenomics are in the shitter.
>>59611241They have waited long enough. New administration inbound. I really wonder if they will do keyword staking. Something tells me this is not a feature they care about because they can make more money without it.
Thotposter is not posting very hot thots. Maybe it’s over for real this time
>>59611810>keyword stakinghow would that work?
>>59613078It won't make Brave money so it won't matter how it works
>>59611810>>59613624Brave is owned by VCs. For any desired feature ask "will this make shareholders the maximum amount of money right now?" Why would Brave offer keyword staking when they could just sell keywords directly and keep 100% of profits? Why would they burn BAT when they can just dump that surplus BAT on the market for USD?Pumping their BAT bags by offering utility doesn't matter because "pumping BAT" is not a viable business plan to shareholders. Literally every shareholder-acceptable plan involves ignoring BAT or dumping it on bagholders. Even if Trump issues an executive order saying "Brave can do literally whatever they want" they will still choose to fuck over BAT holders.
Brave must go big or go home. It's now or never for BAT. With Trump in office and less crypto regulation, this is the perfect window.
just waiting for a random 60% pump to unload. if it takes years so be it.
>>59615279Based
>>59615279A 60% pump from current price would only be like 42 cents. I imagine you've probably had a few opportunities to sell you BAT at 42 cents>>59613861>"pumping BAT" is not a viable business plan to shareholdersI know what you're saying, but it should be. Pumping BAT would do more to bring users to Brave than any gay "refer a friend" scam could ever do>>59615077agreed, seems like a lot of holders are ready to dump their bags if BAT goes nowhere during the Trump presidency
Also did this thread pop up because I schizo posted my own thread because I remembered I still had a stack in my wallet and wasnt sure what to do with it?Dont recall any BAT threads at all for the longest time.
>>59613861>Even if Trump issues an executive order saying "Brave can do literally whatever they want" they will still choose to fuck over BAT holders. Is this really true? If so that would mean they don’t care about cult building, which is much more important to a business than any of their faggot kike shareholders. Pretty sure they understand this
>>59617721they already built a cultthe cult of a dead coin
>>59617442No I just randomly decided to post it because I checked catalogue and didn't see any BAT threadsthen I checked again and saw a Brave schizo one but it 404d before I could respond to it
>>59618381nah its fine, least I know im not alone
>>59618388Checked. We are baggies together
How much BAT will I receive for viewing ~200 ads?
>>59621025about $2 at least.
