...kinda. That could be happening more and more in the future, but not already.
It shows that the government has been spending money to employ people. So those people aren't actually working aka contributing to GDP, but BLS can count them.
It's been happening the entire biden admin, just fake jobs for skin-color and genital obsessed people to give the illusion of returning to productivity after the lockdowns.
