have you upgraded your fantom to sonic anons?

i'm the middle of the process the only question i have is do you get a new seed phrase upon upgrade to recover your sonic in case you need or should i just hold on to my original fantom seed phrase

I don't think you can use your pwawallet or fwallet seed by restoring wallet on metamask or rabby, you need to make a new wallet and send your fanties there. There are instructions somewhere on the soniclabs site
