I'm planning on just ghosting them but my dad told me it would be funny to send an email saying "Thank you for reaching back out. Unfortunately I've accepted a competitive offer at cracker barrel and have decided to go that route"This is a major ENR firm by the way. They're clearly just trying to scam a new grad that doesn't understand how the economy works
