LINK is in long-term capital gains tax territory for most of us which I imagine is half the reason all of us are still holding (along with the fact that we're all hypnotised and gaslit constantly). You'd have to almost double the performance in whatever you buy vs just holding LINK to outpace the tax. With the Trump stuff there is the tiniest flicker of wind in the sails for most of us to cope. I think the sell pressure will fucking enormous through the 30s though.
