Fed QE is limited by consumer price inflation, So is yield control. To lower long they have to raise short. Can't if short is already high. Yield control assumes low short term. Saying gov can create "infinite" money is like saying you and me can create infinite IOUs, sure, but what value they will have to anyone is the actual questions, anything else is a misunderstanding of how anything works.
