it's definitely happening, but it will only be with the bitcoin they presently have, they won't be buying anytime soon (ofc, saylor could be a govt agent doing exactly that, but that certainly won't be announced).

so will the announcement of a sbr with no buying expected cause price to go up or down? i feel like sbr without further purchases is already priced in so it won't change much.
