Need help, bros. All of a sudden have access to a property. Owner plans on selling it this summer but gave me access to do whatever I want with it until they sell it. It's just shy of 1700 square foot building with approximately 14,000 square foot lot, most of which is parking. The building is in horrible shape. Horrible. Probably will be torn down. However the shell is still definitely good and it can be secured for inventory purposes, etc. The road it's on is very busy actually. Sees approximately 10k-15k cars per day in a prominant part of a suburban town. What I'd really like to do is figure out something sustainable ASAP to be able to convince the owner to just ride it out and let me keep working on this project. What do I do? None of my entrepreneur dreams involved a physical property falling in my lap like this and I have done zero brainstorming on something like this. No money planned for this and truly was just dumped in my lap, but have credit cards and for right idea, I'm willing to go for it and see if I can keep snowball rolling. What do I do?

Indoor paintball arena.

>>59645269Turn it into a shitty outdoor bar with cheap drinks and a bonfire that’s essentially never put out.
