I literally will never tip waiters when i am in USAsometimes they will try to confront me and be passive aggressive asking why i did not leave a tip and if they did anything wrong. sometimes they will write in a tip themselves with a pen when I pay by card. i will just dispute with my credit card and get the money back always. can someone explain why waiters are like this? its either this or their threats online about spitting in your food (as if i would go to the same place twice)
