New FTX in making
>>
>>59657887
Solana a shit
>>
>>59657887
You think Drumpf’s new SEC head is gonna do anything?

Lol
>>
>>59657887
Hahahaha fuck coinbase it’s for niggers
>>
>>59657920
And Solana is for jeets. They're both shit.
>>
>>59657956
Match made in heaven huh?
>>
coinbase is scum. if they can fuck with you they will. my father tried buying a bitcoin and they froze his account for 10 months. they said he could withdraw his money but not his bitcoin, after paying fees to sell it back to them of course. $100k locked on an exchange and he couldnt get premium to avoid the fees or get additional support due to the lock.
>>
>>59657887
it took ~9 hours for me to DEPOSIT SOL to coinbase

The transaction took seconds but it took hours for coinbase to figure out they were holding my SOL without crediting my account
>>
Binance US is so much better in every way except they got cucked by the SEC and can't let you offramp cash
>>
Coinbase is pretty bad
No wonder why Base has been a miserable failure
>>
>>59657901
This, Solana is beyond fucked as a chain, it's no surprise cexes have trouble with it when it's going offline entirely during peak periods.
>>
give me a better burger exchange to use than coinbase fellas
i used to think kraken was a good 2nd choice but they delisted monero and their fees are bad too
>>
>>59657887
I started suspecting there was something wrong when they stopped issuing USDC rewards to their EU customers because of the new MiCA regulations, pretending the latter forbade interests on stable coins (while nothing in this law says so).

>i used to think kraken was a good 2nd choice but they delisted monero and their fees are bad too
that's a far cry from having your account locked and being treated like shit. don't pay the fees if you don't want; and delisting monero is understandable. maybe not crypto heaven for hardcore crypto enthusiats but for the vast majority, Kraken Pro is by far the best. Their customer services are on the case and any time i've had an issue it's been resolved quickly. Not to say that couldn't change but for now I have no idea why anyone would use coinbase over Kraken
>inb4 you work for kraken and are shilling them for free gibs
>>
does kraken have anything like coinbase's subscription thing where you give them $30/m for no fees?
i just need a place where i can dump my bag at the top and actually get money to my bank account for the least amount of fees
coinbasee has been fine to me since 2016, never had a problem, but the horror stories scare me. i cashed out like $80k last cycle no prob in $20K chunks. no problem with coinbase
>>
>>59658110
>monero
Isn't monero unavailable on Coinbase as well ?
>fees
actually kraken provides lower upper-bound (low volume) and Coinbase lower lower-bound fees (high volume), unless you don't use advanced trading (formerly Coinbase Pro) ?
>>
>>59658230
yeah i dont actually care about selling monero but kraken used to talk a lot of talk about keeping privacy coins on their platform then delisted and got real quiet about it so theyre all talk
>>
>>59658158
idk why >>59658202 this wasnt a reply to u
>>
Because fuck Solana that's why. Should have launched on BNB or Pulsechain
>>
>>59658110
Gemini is one of the best but doesnt have as many coins as coinbase. I prefer Gemini over Kraken
>>
>>59657887
Fractional reserve. They literally don't have your money. Coinbase has liquidity issues like this all the time.
>>
>>59657887
thank god we got binane over here.
>>
>>59658255
anyway, acquiring privacy focused cryptos on a centralized exchange isn't the best idea to begin with
>>
>>59657887
coinbase has a history of doing this and it's not because of solana even though that's a shitchain
>>
>>59657903
I'm confused what the point of this post is when SOL was literally propped up by Gensler's SEC. Are you just high on politicsbrain 24/7?
>>
>>59658268
>>59658202
tbf i don't 'trade'. i used to shunt things around more but now all i do is buy Link and send it to my eth address. i could see the 30/month being attractive for traders. idk if kraken operate such a scheme
>>
>>59658110
>their fees are bad too
I think any legitimate KYC exchange will have large fees, promising people small fees is how we got FTX
>>
>>59658202
I'm not saying it was a good thing I didn't go all in on AERO last year or Trumpcoin this year, But I will say the idea of putting significant cash in and then getting fucked trying to offramp it would piss me off.
>>
>>59658455
the plan was just to cough up $30 for their premium service and dump it all that month, instead of paying hundreds in fees normally

Because it now takes 50k usd a month to run a solana node and you have 0 monetary incentive to do it you dumb zoomer fucks.

This will start to happen on all exchanges using solana soon.
>>
>>59657887
Solana? Maybe. Coinbase? nah.
>>
>>59658110
I can still buy Monero on kraken where are you from?

>tfw migrated to dextools and mexc exclusively to 100% focus on solana-based shitcoins for trading, completely abandoned proper alts and btc altogether
>i'm now finding out solana has 'outages' during 'peak trading'/'critical moments'
guess i've been lucky so far since none of my traders has stagnated for any meaningful amount of time so i must ask, what does a solana "outage" actually look like? if i try to sell some garbage built with sol, there's a chance i won't be able to for a few hours while it comes back online so to speak? unironically new to memecoins so be patient with me im not baiting or anything
