He will not be held accountable at all. Since Biden pre-emptively pardoned people today, Trump will do the same even if there's no attempt at an investigation when he leaves office. If you lost money in this, you deserve it. It was marketed as a "meme," not even a coin. He just sold people the chance to give him money with no real information except that 80% was in one wallet.
