If you looking at any top 3 aka Tokyo Osaka Kyoto then you are looking anywhere from 3 to 10 mil for a 1ldk aka 1 bedroom relatively close to the city center like roppongi, ginza, omotesando in japanese standars it is much smaller around 43.04m2.
