Just like thousands of other shittokens on eth or solana, yes it did better since it had more exposure at the start, but it was never gonna last because pepe is a 4chan meme, normies don't care about pepe and celebrities will never shill pepe due to pepe memes being connected to extremist shit. That means that once pepe ran out of its initial burst of steam that was it, it's never coming back.
Unlike doge which has staying power since it's widely popular and like BTC has the huge first memecoin advantage. Pepe is not not special in any way, it has nothing going for it.
It was always one-cycle throwaway token and if you haven't dumped it a while ago you are a fool.
