It's not going to dump there "because of" the CME gap as if the gap is somehow "doing" something to drag the price down (that's what mentally handicapped anons wrongly believe gap-aware anons think), but rather simply the existence of the gap means the price WILL go there; it's going to happen. And it's going to happen due to plain ordinary trading done by the market, as per usual, not because of some bullshit amerimutt politics or some happening. BTC is traded by the market based purely on how the chart looks at any given time; the previous trades made, the structures in the chart, the supports and resistances etc, nothing else.

It's simple what happens, no matter how irrelevant the actual CME exchange itself is in the grand scheme of things.
