I learned that the hard way, I go even one more: I get in when there is a very clear reason to do so, like ETFs last year, Trump's election, the end of 2022 Putler crash, the 2020 lab leaked virus.
I'm not so sure about exit signals though, I mostly rely on google trends and mainstream media coverage.
